The new issue style USMC FILBE 3Lt hydration pack is designed to replace its predecessor being a sleeker design and offering more comfort while also integrating with a Marine's body armor and the FILBE pack and gear system. Made of durable denier nylon, this hydration pack features two zippered pockets giving you plenty of storage capacity for the day. They make a great hydration pack for everyday use that is durable enough for anything you can throw at it. Surplus is real military gear, and the exact conditions may vary.  Surplus is graded to give you options for your budget and have a clearer description.  We grade to a high standard and may differ from other brands scales so please read our grades in full.  Military gear was built well and used by soldiers proving its quality.  We hope you find that it serves you well.
Please note that some of the packs may have a crack in the sternum strap buckle. They are still functional however we found this to be a design flaw and can easily be replaced if needed.
Grade 1: Very good condition, great color with only minor signs of use and no repairs or holes. These are harder to find and close to like new.
Grade 2: What we call normal surplus. The gear is fully usable and shows normal signs of use but has a lot of life left. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, small repairs, and or surface rust on them.  Smaller items may contain frays or small holes that do not affect the gears performance.
Grade 3
:
This gear can still be used but had a rougher life.  They show heavier stains, have more repairs than normal or may still have a small tear, or something missing but fully usable as is. This is great as extra gear or as a great budget item.
Un-repaired: We offer this gear as a great budget option if you can do the repairs yourself.
This gear will for example needs repair from either a larger rip, hole, missing part, broken buckle, or zipper.
This gear is also great to repurpose its high-quality parts or fabric.
This gear is a final sale and will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Army Navy Outdoors are tactical, survival and work stores that keeps its roots in Army Navy.   We operate from a 80,000 sq foot wearhouse in Texas along with retail locations in Florida serving everyone from Law enforcement, tactical military units, outdoors bushcraft survivalists, workmen & women, and civilians.  Our goal is to provide the right gear for your use and give the best service we can.   We hire and train experts and are here to guide and answer questions.
Our History
We have been in this business long before a lot of brands even existed.  All the stores started in the same way, hard work, very little money and a lot of support from our manufactures. Army Navy Stores in general were always fun and draws people for all kinds of surplus, military gear and cools items.  Over the years as surplus dried up and retail changed we did also.  We never lost our roots as an army navy stores we just added more cool stuff that people need.
Why we love to do this
Customers tell us all the time that they came to our store with their parents when they were small like 8 years old. Now they are buying work boots and survival, outdoor and military gear as adults.  That is the biggest thrill we can get.  We work with cool people, hardcore customers, those new to it all and families.  We are thrilled that I can support and help tactical teams, Soldiers, Law enforcement, OTMs and everyday people that need advice.  It's not only a blast working with everyone we get to help with uniform and gear selections that really matter to those who use it.  We take pride in getting the right gear to customers and get to play with all the toys out in the field.  The team is mostly full of long term people and they all take personal responsibility, make decisions and want our customers coming back every time

Getting your order shipped is our priority.  We ship primarily via UPS and USPS. Cost is based on actual weight and we try to be as accurate as possible allowing us to sell at the lowest price we can.   Most items ship from our 80,000 sq foot Texas Wearhouse. We do not pad shipping and rates are determined by Ebay's calculations.  We cannot, however, provide guarantees that packages will arrive within any specific time frame and once the shipment leaves our facility it cannot be rerouted.
Shipping in the contiguous United States takes between 2 to 10 business days in transit.  There are instances in which carriers will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen weather or events. We can not take responsibility If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time
Lost or Damaged Items
Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner.
In order for us to assist, a missing package must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date and you must submit your concern in writing.   Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 30 days, and ANO assumes no responsibility for claims not reported within the time period.

Our ultimate objective is to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return new unused item(s) using Ebay's return instructions.
To be eligible for a full refund, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, resalable, unworn condition with tags attached.
Boots must be returned in the original shoe box INSIDE another box or a 15% re packaging charge may be assessed. Please avoid damaging the shoe box by using it as the shipping packaging. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse.
