    This listing is for a "Get the Message" Collar/Leash sentiment sleeve by Canine Friendly. Slip this sleeve over your dog's collar or leash to let others know from a distance of certain personality traits your dog has. The sleeve is made of a rubberized material in bright colors sewn on to a durable black nylon sleeve. This sleeve measures 4.25" long x 1.5" wide and will fit over a collar up to 1" wide.
