    Bought this a few years ago with the intentions to build out a full kit.  Never happened and ended up sitting on a nearly completed outer vest minus a few things.  This is essentially a brand new BFG Trauma Kit NOW! pouch featuring their "Whisper Quiet" molle attachment.  The first aid patch did not come with this pouch but will include with it (BFG now includes patches on newer models).  The pouch is designed to be secured to your gear, with the medical contents attached to the insert.  Simply flip the velcro and pull which releases the insert holding the medical gear.  Great pouch retails on BFG's website for .99.
